INGREDIENTS: Soda Ash (mineral), Sodium Bicarbonate (mineral), Zeolite (mineral), Phosphate (mineral), Coconut Ethanolamine, Hydrogen peroxide (a bleach), Eucalyptus oil, purified water.

Hi Albert,
The amount to use will depend on whether you have a front loader or a top loader machine.
For a top loader, use 1/4 to 1/2 cup and for a front loader, use 1/4 to 1/3 of a cup. Please note, this measurement is based on a 150ml cup and not a standard 250ml cup.
